DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly request a damage deposit for your stay at Casa Cesare. Upon check-in, we will authorise a temporary hold on your credit card for this deposit. No charges will be applied unless damages are found during the check-out inspection. Please be aware that the amount may either appear as a pending transaction or a temporary debit, depending on the bank's policies.
We take great pride in maintaining our property and want to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. After your departure, if no damages are identified, the authorised hold will be released. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note that a charge will be applied for towels ruined due to make-up stains or hair-dyeing products.
We kindly inform our guests that in the event of a lost key there will be a charge of 100 euros.
We also inform you that a late check-out fee of 200 euros will be applied for check-out later than 10.15 am.
