DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
To book at Casa Cesare, we request a damage deposit. At check-in, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card, with no charge unless there are damages upon departure. The amount may appear as a pending transaction or temporary debit, depending on the bank.
We value the preservation of the property and a good experience for all guests. If no damages are found, the hold will be released after check-out. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the deposit.
A fee will be charged for towels damaged with makeup stains or hair dye.
In case of lost keys, a fee of 100 euros will be applied.
For check-outs after 10:15 am, a late check-out fee of 200 euros will be charged.
