DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly request a damage deposit for your stay at Apartamento Margarida. At check-in, a temporary hold will be authorised on your credit card for this deposit. No charges will be made unless damage is found during the check-out inspection. Please note this may appear as a pending transaction or temporary debit, depending on your bank’s policy.
We take great pride in maintaining our property and want to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. After your departure, if no damage is found, the hold will be released. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note a charge will be applied for towels ruined by makeup stains or hair dye.
Also, a €100 fee applies for lost keys.
A late check-out fee of €100 applies for check-outs after 10:15.
