DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly request a damage deposit for your stay at the Sol de Armação Apartment. At check-in, we will authorise a temporary hold on your credit card for this deposit. No charges will be applied unless damages are found during the check-out inspection. Please be aware that the amount may appear as a pending transaction or a temporary debit, depending on the bank’s policies.
We take great pride in maintaining our property and want to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. After your departure, if no damages are identified, the authorised hold will be released. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note that a fee will be applied for towels ruined due to makeup stains or hair colouring products.
We kindly inform our guests that in case of key loss, a fee of 100 euros will be charged.
We also inform you that a late check-out fee of 200 euros will be applied for check-outs after 10:15.
