DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly request a damage deposit for your stay at Casa Cesare. At check-in, a temporary hold will be authorised on your credit card for this deposit. No charge will be made unless damages are found during the check-out inspection. Please note this may appear as a pending transaction or temporary debit, depending on your bank’s policy.
We take great pride in maintaining our property and want to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. After your departure, if no damage is found, the authorised hold will be released. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note a charge will apply for towels ruined due to makeup stains or hair dye products.
Also, a €100 fee applies if keys are lost.
Additionally, a late check-out fee of €200 applies for check-outs after 10:15am.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum) and GUEST REGISTRATION:
All guests must provide identification to access the property.
To comply with Portuguese law, all guests are asked to complete a form with information required by the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA).
FOR PORTUGUESE RESIDENTS: Submission of ID is mandatory for all guests regardless of residence. Failure to submit documents will result in denial of access to the property.
To simplify this process, we have partnered with [Vikey.it](http://vikey.it/), a trusted platform that handles registration. A few days before arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the form. Simply follow the email instructions to complete the form electronically. If you have difficulty completing the form, please contact us.
