DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly request a damage deposit for your stay at Mare Nostrum. Upon check-in, we will authorize a temporary hold on your credit card for this deposit. Rest assured, no charges will be applied unless damages are found during the check-out inspection. Please consider that the amount may either appear as a pending transaction or a temporary debit, depending on the bank's policies.
We take great pride in maintaining our property and want to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. After your departure, if no damages are identified, the authorized hold will be released. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the deposit. We kindly inform our guests that in the event of a lost garage controller, there will be a charge of 50 euros. Please note that a charge will be applied for towels ruined due to make up stains or hair dying products.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to hosting you at Mare Nostrum.
