DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
As part of our booking policy, we kindly require a damage deposit for your stay at Casa Matilda. At check-in, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card for this deposit. No charges will be made unless damages are found during check-out. Depending on your bank, this may appear as a pending transaction or temporary debit.
We take pride in maintaining our property and want all guests to have a pleasant experience. After your departure, if no damages are found, the hold will be released. Please note that damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the deposit.
A charge applies for towels ruined by make-up stains or hair dye products.
If a garage remote control is lost, a charge of 50 euros will apply.

AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum) COMPLIANCE and GUEST REGISTRATION:
All guests must provide ID to access the property.
To comply with Portuguese law, all guests must complete a form with the required information for the Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA).
FOR PORTUGUESE RESIDENTS: Document submission is required for all guests, regardless of residence. Without IDs, access will be denied.
